The average timeframe for a one-day project is 5-6 hours. Upon booking the service, a team member will contact you right away to organize a brief virtual or in person consultation so we can better understand your wardrobe needs. 

If you prefer, we will take care of all your unwanted and unsellable clothing, which will all be donated, re-sold, and/or recycled through SCRAP, a NYC-based company committed to a circular and sustainable fashion economy and ensuring no clothing ends up in landfills.

*Closet supplies & materials are not included in the service fee.

*A $250 per hour rate will apply if the project goes beyond 6 hours.

*Cancellation fee: In consideration of our team's time and schedule, please kindly reach out to us at hello@bittergracedc.com within 48 hours of your appointment to reschedule or cancel.
